With over 10 years of business experience, Lucia is the founder of Zelesco Consulting, a full service digital marketing agency with a vision to work with disruptive game-changers of the world, empowering business owners to stand out as leaders in their field of specialty.
She has worked with Bendigo Bank, Simble Group, NAB, Snowy Mountain and hundreds of small businesses around Australia, and the world. She has experience sitting on a number of boards including Bendigo Kew East Community Bank.
She has brought millions of dollars of revenue from a number of branding revamps such as Pascon's rebranding. She has been featured in dozens of national media places such as Herald Sun, The Daily Telegraph, The Advertiser, etc.
Lucia was a finalist for the Female Entrepreneur Award – Melbourne Business Network 2022, and nominated for the City of Yarra Community Award 2022. Her underlying values are women's empowerment and making the world a better place. Beyond this, she is an intrepid explorer often found hiking, rock climbing and pushing the limits.
